카페 꼬르지엘모는 espresso & chocolate을 메인으로 그 외에 다양한 디저트와 함께 즐길 수 있는 커피, 티, 위스키 등 다채로운 맛의 조합을 즐길 수 있는 공간입니다. 'Cordialement' 꼬르지엘모는 프랑스어로 '진심으로'라는 뜻을 가지고 있습니다. 자체 생산하는 제품에 들어가는 시간과 정성, 신선한 재료를 담아 소비자에게 진심을 전달하는 생초콜릿 브랜드입니다.

우리는 누군가에게 진심을 전달할 때 편지 한 장을 주더라도 봉투에 담아서 전달하듯이, 정성과 진심은 소중히 포장하여 전달합니다. 이러한 진심을 받는 과정에서 기분 좋은 설렘과 기대감을 느끼곤 합니다.

요즘처럼 단시간에 사로잡는 화려하고 강렬한 퍼포먼스를 통해 빠르게 소비되는 것들을 자주 접하는 가운데, 꼬르지엘모가 자리한 경복궁 일대는 시간이 천천히 흐르는 듯, 좁고 굽어진 골목들 속에 신구의 조화를 이루는 동네의 모습을 볼 수 있습니다.

쉽고 편리하지 않지만, 숨겨진 보물을 찾는 즐거움처럼 직접적으로 드러내는 공간이 아닌 은연중 발걸음을 당기는 첫인상의 입구와 다양한 높이와 너비의 식물들 틈 사이로 연결되는 마당을 지나서 천천히 내부로 안내해 주는 계단을 만나게 됩니다.

문을 열면 바로 마주하는 기다란 bar는 디저트 & 커피 제조 - 카운터 - 디스플레이 - 판매 상품 순으로 이어집니다.
내부로 이동하며 후각, 청각에서 - 시각, 촉각으로 모호한 감각에서 뚜렷한 감각으로 변화하며 천천히 브랜드를 인지할 수 있도록 의도하였습니다.

꼬르지엘모의 먹거리를 소개하는 첫 오프라인 샵으로서, 고객에게 직접적으로 브랜드를 드러내기보다는 무엇을 마주하게 될지 모르는 기대감과 설렘을 느끼며, 서서히 브랜드를 알아가는 긍정적인 경험을 느끼길 바랐습니다.

'Cordialement' means 'sincerely' in French.
The product is a self-produced product and is a raw chocolate brand that conveys the sincerity to consumers with the time, sincerity, and fresh ingredients that go into it.

Just as we deliver a letter in an envelope when we deliver our sincerity to someone, we carefully wrap it and deliver it. In the process of receiving such sincerity, I often feel a pleasant excitement and anticipation.

While we frequently encounter things that are quickly consumed through flashy and intense performances that captivate us in a short time like these days, the area near Gyeongbokgung Palace where Cordialement is located seems to be slowly passing by and is made up of narrow, curved alleys. Through this, we can see the neighborhood in harmony with the new and the old.

It's not easy and convenient, but like the joy of finding hidden treasures, you'll see the entrance, which is a implicit first impression of pulling a step rather than a direct space, and the stairs that slowly guide you inside through the yard, which is connected between plants of various heights and widths.

The long bar you face as soon as you open the door leads to dessert & coffee manufacturing - counter - display - sale products.
Moving inward, it was intended to be able to recognize the brand slowly, changing from the sense of smell, hearing - ambiguous to visual and tactile - to a distinct sense.

As the first offline shop to introduce Cordialement's food, I wanted to feel the anticipation and excitement of not knowing what to face rather than directly revealing the brand to the customer, and gradually feel a positive experience of getting to know the brand.
